Positivity - how I work on it everday
Positivity is described as "the practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude".
That makes me feel better because I know for sure that practice makes perfect! And that can be applied to Positivity also. Practice being positive, and you will become more positive.

I always think Sunday's are a great 😊 time for reflection.
The same thought today kept coming into my mind - how blessed I am that I had support and time to think about my values and how important integrity is to me.
My Daily Practice & Intention of Gratitude
The expression of gratitude becomes easier and flows with practice. Like all of my daily spiritual practices, they become easier and more effective through the practice of them. Practice makes perfect.
