Grateful Friday is the time of the week, that I given to give gratitude to our weeks achievements. We all spend so much of our lives working. Why not appreciate what we do more? Being grateful on a Friday will help you leave work with happy thoughts about what you achieved that week, so that you walk out the door with more enthusiasm, optimism and appreciation.
Integrity is always the best choice
I always think Sunday's are a great 😊 time for reflection.
The same thought today kept coming into my mind - how blessed I am that I had support and time to think about my values and how important integrity is to me.
My Daily Practice & Intention of Gratitude
The expression of gratitude becomes easier and flows with practice. Like all of my daily spiritual practices, they become easier and more effective through the practice of them. Practice makes perfect.
