When booking a treatment, healing meditation or workshop with Ciara, your details are collected for insurance purposes. These are not shared with anyone else. I never give your details to any third parties.

What do we use your information for?

Any information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

To personalise your experience. Your information helps Ciara to better respond to your individual needs.

To improve customer service. Your information helps Ciara to more efficiently respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

To send cyclical emails. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, as well as timely company news and announcements regarding related products and services. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do we protect your information?

Ciara McHugh Healer and Coach implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

How long do we keep your data?

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

If you are partaking on an online event, each space must be paid for and each person viewing declared. No exceptions.

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth.

Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in treatment room and anywhere else in building at all times.

Ciara McHugh, Healer and Coach, follows a strict cancellations policy. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice in advance of the session, full payment is due to be paid. Evening and Saturday appointments may require pre-payment with no refund.

All on-line sessions to be paid in full 24 hours in advance.

All initial appointments to be paid in full 24 hours in advance.

Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk.

To receive an Energy Healing or partake in Energy Healing treatments you are confirming you are in a well enough state to do this work.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session. If you are late for a session Ciara will do her best to honour your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.

All information provided and discussed in a session is highly confidential and will not be discussed outside of the healing space. Ciara McHugh will not disclose your information or your attendance with anyone else.

In some cases deposits are non-refundable please read before booking for clarity.

Spaces are limited and each person attending must pay for their space and be willing to participate on-line is this is a healing session or workshop.

You are not asked to share anything private only to share in group share anything you are comfortable with. All attendees must agree in advance to complete confidentiality and non-judgement.

Late arrivals may not be admitted so please turn up on scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be issued a refund.

If photos are taken, they are only shared will approval of each person attending. No-one should share any photos without full permission.

Healing is a path of self-discovery and becoming whole again. You are part of your healing journey and everything you do outside of Ciara's healing space impacts your journey and how you heal.

If Soul Work is given after a session it is important that it is completed to receive full integration of the healing received.

Each person's journey is unique and so is each healing session. There is no definite linear timeline in a healing journey nor the amount of healings each person receives. Most healings guide a person to receive 4 to heal the 4 bodies - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. How many healings each person receives is in their discretion however, if you are guided to receive more know this is for your highest good and for full healing.

All sessions are to be paid for and no refunds are given.
