Sleep and Energy Are Related
Sleep is necessary. Whether you need 8-9 hours or 4-5 hours to function well, we all need to determine what works for us to be able to live well and not walk around with matchsticks in our eyes all day, rely on caffeine and sugar to keep us going and not want to burst out crying out of exhaustion because you feel you could fall down on the spot and snore you head off.

I love alcohol. Gin, bubbles, cider, quality vodka and wine but they don't love me - in large doses. Alcohol + Ciara = Low Energy, unenthusiastic Ciara, and that is not a great combination.
