When my energy IS flowing this is how I feel
My mindful grounding practice is my need to be in nature, actually outside in it, surrounding myself in trees and woodland, as well as the sounds of wildlife and nothing, silence is such a deep practice for my everything to work and flow.

I love alcohol. Gin, bubbles, cider, quality vodka and wine but they don't love me - in large doses. Alcohol + Ciara = Low Energy, unenthusiastic Ciara, and that is not a great combination.

Positivity - how I work on it everday
Positivity is described as "the practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude".
That makes me feel better because I know for sure that practice makes perfect! And that can be applied to Positivity also. Practice being positive, and you will become more positive.
Integrity is always the best choice
I always think Sunday's are a great 😊 time for reflection.
The same thought today kept coming into my mind - how blessed I am that I had support and time to think about my values and how important integrity is to me.
