These mediations are powerful way to deepen your awareness of the energy of the Moon and the cyclical energy it brings to your life and how you can fall into the rhythm to help how you feel and live. Our bodies are deeply in tune with the cycles of the moon, the seasons and nature. How we feel and act is profoundly affected by these natural rhythms. Attuning to the rhythmical cycle of the moon is both intuitive and empowering and can make great impacts on your life for the better.
The cycles of the moon can provide potent natural medicine for your healing, soul work and consciousness. This is a beautiful way to connect to the power of Grandmother Moon and her rhythmical cycles. Our intentions, light and shadow will be honoured and celebrated in circle ~ Full Moon, Waning Moon, Dark Moon/New Moon and the Waxing Moon. Each of these phases bring their own medicine and qualities and why it is better to do different practices with each phase. Each phase calls for qualities and strength from different guides and angels also.
The meditations are open to everyone, whether you are a beginner or it is part of your regular practice. You can either join in person or online. This is an open circle so on-line are cameras are left on.
